I Want To Cancel My Reaction Roles Premium Subscription

We completely understand that you might not always need premium, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel your subscription.

Here are the steps to cancel your Reaction Roles premium subscription.

Cancel Subscription Steps

1. Join our Reaction Roles Support Server.
2. Go to the “#general-help” channel.
3. Run the /premium info command.
4. This command lists your subscriptions and includes links to manage them (including cancelling).
5. Click the link and you’ll be taken to a page in your browser where you can cancel your subscription.

Other Options

If using the /premium info command in the Reaction Roles Support server doesn’t show any subscriptions, but you know you have a Reaction Roles premium subscription, open a ticket from the “#open-ticket” channel. Our friendly support staff will help get things taken care of for you.
